VCDCutter adalah Video Player dari MPEG dan AVI Wayang. It plays MPG, VCD, and other video files. Ia memutar mpg, VCD, file video dan lainnya. There are also many tools for editing and converting your movies. Terdapat juga banyak tool untuk mengedit dan mengkonversi film Anda. But operation of the program is not as good as supposed to be. Tetapi pengoperasian program ini tidak akan sebaik seharusnya. In this review both features and some bugs found in VCDCutter are described. Dalam peninjauan ini kedua fitur dan beberapa bug ditemukan di VCDCutter dijelaskan.
VCDCutter has classical interface of a media player. VCDCutter telah klasik antarmuka dari media player. There is a toolbar with standard buttons to control play mode. Ada standar toolbar dengan tombol untuk mengontrol mode putar ulang. Above it, there is a field where movie is played. Di atasnya, ada lapangan di mana film akan diputar. There is also Main Menu with items File, Edit, View, Play, Tools, Audio, Help further above. Terdapat juga Menu Utama dengan item File, Edit, View, Putar, Peralatan, Audio, Petunjuk di atas lebih lanjut.
Right to the play mode control buttons, there are buttons to make movies out of separate clips and to save frames from a movie as pictures. Kanan ke mode putar ulang tombol kontrol, terdapat tombol untuk membuat film dari klip dan terpisah untuk menyimpan frame dari film sebagai sebuah gambar.
To make movie by joining some video clips the following steps should be performed. Untuk membuat film dengan bergabung dengan beberapa klip video langkah-langkah berikut harus dilakukan. First, a part of a movie should be selected using Clip Mark In and Clip Mark Out buttons. Pertama, sebuah bagian dari sebuah film harus dipilih menggunakan klip Tandai Dalam dan Luar klip Tandai tombol. Then using Add to Clip List button the selection is added to the Clip List located at the bottom of the window. When the Clip List is organized, by clicking a Make Clips button all the clips from the Clip List are joined to one movie file. Demo-versi pertama VCDCutter bergabung dengan hanya 7 detik pertama dari dua klip. An output file is saved to the Program's Directory (in Program Files) and has automaticly set name, that is very inconvenient. Output file yang disimpan dalam Program Directory (di Program Files) dan telah menetapkan nama automaticly, yang sangat sukar.
An Extract Frame button is dedicated to save curent frame of a played movie as a picture. Sebuah Extract Frame tombol didedikasikan untuk menyimpan curent frame yang diputar film sebagai sebuah gambar. I tried to use this button for several movies of different formats, and in all cases I got a message saying that VCDCutter executed inadmissable error and will be closed. Saya mencoba untuk menggunakan tombol ini untuk beberapa film dari berbagai format, dan dalam semua kasus saya mendapat pesan yang mengatakan bahwa VCDCutter dilaksanakan inadmissable kesalahan dan akan ditutup. Thus, apparently the Extract frame feature does not work at all. Dengan demikian, tampaknya Extract bingkai fitur yang tidak bekerja sama sekali.

First tool is Split movie to M1V (video) and MP3 (audio) files. Pertama adalah alat Split untuk film M1V (video) dan MP3 (audio) file. Well, I tried to apply this tool to two small movies. Baik, saya mencoba menerapkan alat ini untuk dua film kecil. With one movie VCDCutter just stopped working and did not respond on any actions. Dengan satu film VCDCutter hanya berhenti bekerja dan tidak merespon pada tindakan apapun. Another movie was successfully split, but only first 18 seconds were saved. When a new name of file is determined and button Open clicked, VCDCutter informs that File was not found. Tetapi jelas, bahwa tidak ada file tersebut karena saya ingin VCDCutter untuk membuatnya! The only way is to determine an existing file, and VCDCutter will just simply replace it with new one without any warning messages. Satu-satunya cara adalah untuk menentukan file yang sudah ada, dan hanya cukup VCDCutter akan menggantinya dengan baru tanpa pesan peringatan. The same situation is when Convert AVI to MPG tool is used. Situasi yang sama adalah ketika Konversi AVI ke mpg alat digunakan. Thus, here VCDCutter has a very serious problem. Dengan demikian, di sini VCDCutter mempunyai masalah yang sangat serius.
Ok, let's check the next tool - Divide MPG To Multi-Small Parts. Ok, mari kita periksa berikutnya alat - Untuk membersihkan mpg Multi-Sebagian Kecil. Well, it seems to work ok, although there is also a demo version limitation: only first 7 seconds of first two parts are saved. Finally, I would like to mention one more inconvenient thing of VCDCutter. Akhirnya, saya ingin menyebutkan satu hal yang lebih susah VCDCutter. The program always stays on top of all opened windows in system, and it really makes normal work with other applications hardly possible. Program selalu tetap di atas semua jendela dibuka dalam sistem, dan itu benar-benar membuat biasa bekerja dengan aplikasi lain mungkin sulit.
Summing up, in this review I mentioned almost all features of VCDCutter, and at the same time pointed out many bugs of the program. Summing up, dalam kajian ini saya disebutkan hampir semua fitur VCDCutter, dan sekaligus menunjukkan banyak bug dari program. VCDCutter has many features, and it is easy to work with it thanks to simple interface. VCDCutter memiliki banyak fitur, dan mudah untuk bekerja dengan berkat sederhana antarmuka. But considering all the bugs I would not buy VCDCutter, at least the current version 4.03. Tetapi mempertimbangkan semua bug saya tidak membeli VCDCutter, setidaknya versi terakhir 4,03.
